Imtiaz A. Mallick, MD
Dr. Mallick has been dedicated to the practice of medicine since 1994. He attended the prestigious New York Medical College in Westchester, NY and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and is the Vice President, Medical Director and the Chief of Staff at the Vassar Brothers Hospital Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is also a Medical Director of MVP Health Plan and serves as President of The Dutchess County Medical Society.
In addition to his numerous professional accolades, he conducts various charity medical camps in poverty-stricken areas of the world alongside his wife and two children. In short, Dr Mallick is not only a decorated physician, but a dedicated humanitarian.
Linda Castillo, RN Case Manager
Linda Castillo comes to us bringing many years of combined experience in clinical management and care coordination. She is a highly motivated Registered Nurse with verifiable strengths in clinical management in patient center care coordination. An efficient Certified Case Manager with substantial supervisory and leadership experience in health facilities. A collaborative professional with excellent business communication and organizational skills. An experienced bilingual ( English and Spanish) nurse manager with considerable familiarity with building strategic partnerships, liaising between interdisciplinary teams from the medical field and other community agencies. An active member of our community.
